Stephen and life long friend Rob Stephani founded HotPicksUSA. Together they built a company that touts today the "Largest Selection of Guitar Picks In The World." Stephen sold his part of the business to Rob in 2008. The company still sells guitar picks around the world today. While Stephen was in charge the company grew to sell in over 10,000 stores worldwide including in Wal-Mart and 7 Eleven. They were also a Disney Licensee.
