Les has been team-oriented his entire life. In college, he played football for the University of Alabama for four years. He has coached athletes in high school and at Nike camps. More recently, he worked at E-Trade and New York Life in sales roles.
Drawing on his experience as a coach, Les is committed to setting the right expectations for his students so they can get the results they’re looking for. Without a guide, inventors are running into Walmart, grabbing any pole, getting any kind of bait, and sticking that pole in the nearest body of water to try to land a fish.
“What I’m looking to do is teach inventors how to know which pole to use, which bait, and which boats for specific bodies of water,” he explained. “Not winging it, but focusing on exactly what they know they’re supposed to be doing.”
The opportunity to help inventors like inventRight helped him gives him joy.
For fun, he loves to work out, watch college football, watch his four children play sports, and visit the beach with his wife.
