LEAP (LinkedIn, Email & Phone) Support Session

Hello inventRight members,

We are running a weekly 2-hour Zoom outreach session in which you will actively work on reaching out to companies via LinkedIn, email, and/or phone.

This is not a typical inventRight Zoom meeting that you are all familiar with. This is not a Q&A or a chat session. We will take 10 minutes at the beginning to talk a bit about how this L.E.A.P. Session works and what we are here to do.

Then we will get into Action.

On these 2-hour Zoom sessions, our outreach manager Dana Knowles will be working just like you reaching out to companies.

YOU WILL LEAVE THIS SESSION HAVING REACHED OUT TO COMPANIES via LinkedIn/Email/Phone calls.

Here are the rules:

1. 1. Be on time: You have 10 minutes from the start of the meeting to join. We lock the Zoom meeting at 10 minutes past the hour. We do this to not disturb the people who are doing the work. No exceptions out of respect for the other attendees. The goal of this meeting is to be focused on setting time aside to do the action work necessary to achieve your goal.
   2. If you leave the meeting, which you can at any time, you won’t be able to rejoin. No exceptions.
   3. Come prepared to get into action.
   4. Have the list of companies that you are going to target.
   5. If you are making phone calls you will want to have the people to ask for within the companies.
   6. Have your script ready for LinkedIn, Emails, and Voicemails.
   7. You will need to be on camera as you work. No exceptions. We want to see you. If you are not on camera, we will ask you to leave. This will hold all of us accountable.
   8. We will all be muted while we all work.
   9. We will work for 90 minutes straight. We will leave 20 minutes at the end to share what we accomplished. Everyone will hopefully have a few minutes to share with the group.
   10. This is not to ask questions. If you have questions about anything that happened, ask your coach or attend Open Office Hours.

Sessions are on Wednesdays at
10am Pacific, 11am Mountain, Noon Central, 1pm Eastern.

You will need to set aside two ours at this time to attend and participate.
