1

Meet & Greet

Your advisor will meet with you to get to know you and your product. 
We need to fully understand your idea and talk to you about it so we get going in the right direction.

Product Report

After fully understanding your product, we will research your product and the space it's in so we can generate a specific plan to license it (sell it for royalties).
We will share this plan with you so you can approve it or let us know if you want to make any changes. This step is incredibly important. We will research the marketplace and provide you with facts, so you can make the right decision as to how to proceed.

PHASE

3

Marketing

We will develop your Marketing Materials in the form of a one-page advertisement for your product (we call it a sell sheet). Depending on your product this may also include a demo video. If you do not have a sufficient prototype we will produce a 3D rendering of your idea.

Next, we will share an initial list of companies to sell (license) your ideas to and will do a deep dive with you to determine if these are the right companies to market your idea to.

4

Reaching Out

Until now we've done the work for you, meeting with you to review our work. Under this next step we provide you with custom scripts that you can use to reach out to companies via LinkedIN, Email and the Phone. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO SALES OF ANY KIND UNDER THIS PHASE. You are simply reaching out to ask if you can send them the marketing materials we created for you. The marketing materials will do all the selling for you.

Your advisor will be right there for you as you reach out to companies. You will also have the inventRight Community Support, as mentioned below, to help you along your journey.

When a company replies to you, we will be right there to help you craft a response. Your inventRight Advisor will have answers for everything they may ask.

Negotiations

Finally, our negotiation coach will help you negotiate all deals you get while you have an active membership. So, rest assured you will have the best possible advice when it comes to negotiations. This includes advice on negotiating the contract, of course.
