As an inventor with multiple patents, entrepreneur, and podcast host, Martin Lombardini brings a unique perspective to his role as Outreach Manager at inventRight Gateway, where he helps inventors and entrepreneurs connect with companies to commercialize their ideas and scale their products.

After successfully licensing products in the toy and pet products industry, Martin earned recognition both for his individual creativity and for his podcast. He was named a “Toy Insider” by Toy Insider and his game Go Rollo was featured on NBC’s Today Show. Martin has received multiple awards for his inventions including top seller awards from Walmart.

His creativity is not limited to the playground. In 2022, Martin earned a NASA Tech Briefs “Create the Future” award for his Lab system STACI, recognized as one of the top 30 inventions in areas of aerospace in the previous year.

In 2022, Martin began sharing his expertise developing and commercializing new products as an inventRight coach. He is passionate about the licensing process and helping them bring their ideas to life. In 2025, he transitioned to the Gateway team as an Outreach Manager.

Now leading new creative frontiers under his brands Kithara Tempo™ and Myzik Media, Martin continues to blend imagination, engineering, and storytelling to design experiences that span worlds of music, entertainment, and merchandise. He is building worlds that fuse play, creativity, and innovation.

Before devoting himself fully to invention, Martin was the CEO of a bank subsidiary in the mortgage industry, as well as founding Destiny Mortgage Company—a career that honed his manage of market analysis, business systems. Today, he has the U.S. and EU for his holdings U.S. and U.K. overseeing ventures that span creativity, technology, and education.

Martin also hosts an active podcast, maintains a blog, runs a YouTube channel, and is a frequent guest on other podcasts, constantly expanding new ways to engage with inventors and creatives worldwide.
