After mapping his steps with Stephen Key’s book, One Simple Idea, and inventRightTV, Michael DelCharco pushed through early “no’s” by hand-building units in his garage and selling online and in local stores to prove demand. When a group took strong interest, he negotiated a standout licensing deal—working with coach Paul Sorenson to unpack contract language and align rates with his goals. Now he’s focused on applying the same process to what comes next.
