How inventRight Gateway helped Charles strengthen his product and keep moving forward
Charles Solazzo joined inventRight Gateway because he wanted expert support with licensing outreach and professional presentation. Although his original product did not lead to a licensing deal, the experience helped him strengthen his sell sheet, gain valuable feedback, and develop a stronger new product built from the original foundation. With continued support from the Gateway team, he remains committed to refining his ideas and pursuing the right opportunity.
I joined Gateway in 2024 with my 1st product that was evaluated and accepted. Andrew Krauss brought my patent and drawings to the Gateway roundtable and easily gained approval into the Gateway program. Me and my developer worked with Paul Sorenson putting the best sell sheet together before Chad Brislawn began canvassing potential licensees. I couldn't and don't have the time or skills to respond to all the companies in my category. That's why I reached out to Gateway. I'm good at developing ideas and iterating ideas. The Gateway program fit perfectly with my strengths and values.
Once accepted, I could concentrate on dialing in my sell sheet with Paul and then Chad began reaching out to companies. I did not get interest in a licensing deal, but the professional experience was priceless. I went back to work and made another completely different product based on my original product foundation. My new product is clearly more valuable at this time than my original Gateway product. I am close to finishing up my new revised product.
What starts out as a Gateway product can evolve into a newer better product if you are open to what the Gateway program helps you with along the way. It's not criticism, it's good opinions if you are able to decipher the information given to you. I have a second Gateway product that was accepted in 2025 and on hold while I zero in my first new Gateway product. It's not always a straight path, but being open to the team's feedback and recommendations, the Gateway team has your back when they know you're making good changes and progress, the Team gets stronger when valuable energy is used properly.
I know Stephen, Andrew, Dana, Chad, Paul, and all the office people at inventRight have my back whenever I reach out to them.
